Message from Glen:

As a kid, I used to stare at my hand and marvel as I wiggled my fingers. “How does this work?” I would often ask myself. Still to this day I am amazed at the functions of the human body. It was this childhood curiosity that has driven me to be a student of life and the human body. I never stop learning, never stop trying to understand, interpret and explore not only what the human body can do but how to take care of it.

I am a big believer that the greatest wealth we have is health. The proof and validity of this statement need no scientific documentation nor elaborate research. The instant our health is threatened our priorities change, we no longer stress about debts, getting that promotion or working late on a critical project. Our health is the number one priority and exercise is the most potent prescription for obtaining health.

Don’t believe me?  Just ask guys like Richard Branson, Mark Zuckerberg or Jack Dorsey who all believe that their successes in life can be directly attributed to the importance they placed on their health and fitness.

There are multiple studies that conclude that the functional movement capabilities of the body are directly related to its longevity. Think about that for a second, the better and more you move, the longer you are expected to live.

This is what I believe in, this is what I preach, this is how I live. The greatest gift we have is life and I, for one, want to be able to enjoy it for as long as I can.
